The castle of Montgobert

The castle of Montgobert is a one of kind example of classical architecture in the Aisne.

Over the centuries, it has the property of Pauline Bonaparte (Sister of Napoléon 1er) and her husband, the General Leclerc, and was then turned into military headquarters during the Great War. The castle now offers 30 rooms dedicated to old tools and crafts and also to local traditions and history such as the First World War, or the hunting customs. The park is the ideal place to take a deep breath of fresh air.
